Your video calls are peer-to-peer encrypted. The audio and video streams flow directly between participants — they never pass through our servers. We can't watch your meetings even if we wanted to. We don't mine your data, we don't train AI on your conversations, and we don't sell your information to advertisers.
Easy Meetings runs on dedicated servers hosted in Europe with independent providers — not on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. We deliberately choose infrastructure outside the Big Tech ecosystem, so your meetings aren't routed through companies whose business model is surveillance. Our software stack is fully under our control.
We don't distribute through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Not because we can't — because we choose not to. Those platforms take 30% of every transaction, control when we can update our software, and can remove us at any time for any reason. We distribute directly to you, on the open web, because the web belongs to everyone.
Zoom charges up to $25/user/month. Google Meet requires a Google account and feeds your data into their advertising machine. Microsoft Teams locks you into the Office 365 ecosystem. We offer 50-minute HD meetings with screen share, chat, and recording — free. When we do charge, the price is honest, and none of it goes to platform taxes.
